AI has allowed me to build several little scripts and helpers over time. I started with my Rain Alert a year ago, when I moved and suddenly had some furniture exposed to the weather, which I deployed on a local server I built from an old computer. Since then I have started adding a couple of other tools, allowing me to experiment with different coding agents and tools.
Projects
- Agent Toolkit agent-toolkit
A transferable set of rules, conventions, and wiring for AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex, kept as version-controlled process rather than assistant memory that drifts per project. Built because I use AI across multiple tools and use cases - new things I learn go in here so every agent benefits, turning it into a self-learning process instead of siloed, per-tool memory.
- Repo Guardian repo-guardian
A scanner that wraps gitleaks to find leaked secrets in a git repository’s working tree and history, adding strict redaction, deduplicated fingerprints, and a confidence-tiered verification pass to cut false positives. Built after running into a leaked-credential scare firsthand.
- Devbox devbox
A sandboxed devcontainer template for running AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex against real project files, without giving them full access to the host machine. Built because I needed to run coding agents on my work computer under a policy that required a restricted setup - that constraint became the basis for the devcontainer template.
- Rain Alert rain_alert
A Telegram bot that checks Swiss weather forecasts and sends a personalized rain alert before it is too late to bring in the garden furniture. Built because I kept forgetting to do it myself, so now it reminds both me and my wife.
