Team: Around 12 engineers, 1 UX designer, a product owner and a sales and distribution team, spread across Barcelona, Germany and Switzerland
Product: Automated, AI-driven FX hedging recommendations for smaller companies, delivered through a simple dashboard, with execution routed through the bank's own infrastructure
Outcome: First revenue generated and a second client contract initiated, both with banks among the five largest in Germany
